What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
In general, the MOQ is 200 pieces per shipment and 200 pieces per color, style, or logo. For special materials or specifications, the minimum quantity might be higher.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, you can order a sample. A sample fee of USD100.00 applies to cover digitizing, manufacturing, and express shipping. This cost will be fully credited back when you place a bulk production order. Samples are free for bulk orders over 300pcs.
What is the standard delivery time?
The typical delivery time is 15-35 days upon receipt of the deposit or Letter of Credit.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, or TT (30% deposit upon order confirmation and the balance against the notice of finished production).
What types of logo or design applications are available?
We offer a wide range of applications including regular and 3D embroidery, applique, PU/Rubber/PVC badges, silk screen printing, sublimation print, glitter print, puff print, and custom applications.
What artwork format is required for custom designs?
For new designs, please provide artworks in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .jpg format with Pantone color numbers. For existing embroideries, we accept .dst format for Tajima machines.
