We typically require a 30% deposit prior to mass production, with the balance paid after inspection and before shipment. Sample or mold costs are prepaid.

Sample lead time is 3-5 days. Mass production typically takes 12-15 days after sample approval and receipt of payment, depending on order quantity.
How do you handle quality issues after sales?
If any quality issues occur, please provide clear photos or videos. We will study the problem and provide a satisfactory solution within 24 hours.
