What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your initial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
Can I get samples?
Sure! Usually we could provide existed sample free of charge. But if you need the customized samples, it needs a little printing mould cost. If you do not have a courier account, we can arrange the shipment for you.
How long is the lead time of samples?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. For customized samples, it takes 5 to 7 days to make it.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
Which kinds of certification do you have?
LFGB, REACH, EN71.
What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance before shipment.
