For customized metal products requiring a new mold, the MOQ is typically 1,500 pieces per design. For digital or silk printing designs, we can accept orders starting from 500 pieces.
How can I customize my own designs?
You can provide original graphic files in AI, PSD, CDR, or PDF format. If you only have an idea, our design team can work out sketches for your approval before finalizing the mold.
What is the typical sampling time for a new project?
For new items requiring personalized customization, the sampling time is generally 7-15 days after the mold is ready. The entire process including design and molding usually takes 15-30 days.
What is the lead time for mass production?
For regular items, it takes 15-30 days. For new designs with personalized customization, it takes approximately 30-45 days after the sample is approved.
What are the available payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C, and Western Union. For customized logo items, a 50% deposit is preferred.
