Normally, we charge a sample fee initially. If your subsequent bulk orders reach a certain quantity, we will return the sample fee to you.

We offer a wide range of customization including stickers, usage manuals, color boxes, customized cartons, and logo laser or pad printing.
5. What is the expected delivery time?
Samples typically take 3-5 working days, while bulk orders require 15-30 days depending on the quantity.
6. What is your warranty policy?
Our defective rate is less than 0.5%. If you encounter a product issue, please provide clear photos or videos. We will evaluate and send replacement lights in your next order.
